Our story

Cocoa and Fusion is much more than just a company; it is an ode to ancestral know-how and to the love for the land and its treasures, which refuses to fade despite the difficulties.

In the 50s,

Albert Tano Kassi was one of the first coffee and cocoa planters in eastern Côte d'Ivoire. He passed on his passion for the land and his know-how to his children and grandchildren. He is one of the pioneers of activism for fair remuneration for planters, what is now called : fair trade .

His passionate commitment left an indelible mark on the hearts of his children and on an entire community.

However,

After his death, poor remuneration for planters eventually extinguished the enthusiasm of his descendants and many other farmers.

That

will cause a growing disinterest in the land and its products among his descendants and younger generations. The abandonment of land and the reduction of yields will be the consequences.

Until this

that one of his grandsons, inspired by this heritage, decided to continue this adventure by developing products with high nutritional value based on cocoa and other products of the earth in order to promote agricultural products, the work of planters as well as the preservation of the environment.

This inspiring project quickly attracted a whole team eager to continue this great adventure. And thus was born: Cocoa and Fusion.
